Great location, spacious enough for our needs. The staff were friendly, if not overly polished, and we had a comfortable stay. Just be aware of the busyness outside and parking can be tricky. For the price, it served its purpose well without any major complaints.

Appreciated this AWESOME stay by 2 nights. The hotel had a central position so close to shops and the Uni, the biggest shopping centres, and all the parks. The apartment had a lounge area, blinds, and a dining table, facilities worked for us. The beds were soft here.

The room I occupied was recently painted, giving it a fresh look. the lack of ventilation in the bathroom was concerning, especially since the fumes from the paint were quite strong.

The appartment was well equiped and clean.
The bedding is polyester! Surely everyone wants cotton sheets? Flat screen TV is mounted far too high on the wall for the distance to the seating making viewing a bit uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money; the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a great kitchen.
The breakfast option could use more variety to really cater to different tastes.

It was dirty. Every room was in need of a good spring clean. The table was greasy, floor dirty, walls especially in the toilet just fowl.Ciggarette butts outside. Broken tiles inside on which my daughter cut her leg, only one doona on the single beds and no spare blankets (my 77 year old mother froze), clock & bedside lamp didn't work, no outside light (I called reception as we were getting pizza delivered & unit no. Not visible & was told they'd fix it, but didn't), No shower cap, face washer, shampoo & cond, tissues, or information booklet or folder, that we would expect in Executive accomm. Although we didn't need the pool at this time of year, it was so small that if 2 families turned up in Summer time to use it, it would be over crowded. May I suggest they change the name to budget accom not Executive. I've stayed at numerous styles of accom and this was complete crap. Had I have paid half the price I would expect it.. Very very disappointed.

Mixed Experience at Jesmond Executive Villas
Upon arrival, I appreciated the ease of check-in, and the staff was helpful in providing directions to my room. The kitchenette was adequately equipped with essential appliances and utensils, making it convenient to prepare simple meals. One highlight was the relaxing spa bath—after a long day of meetings, soaking in it was a perfect way to unwind. the location was quite ideal, with several shops and takeout options within walking distance, allowing for quick meals and conveniences.
Not quite what I expected.

Was close to the Entertainment Centre. Family accommodation just opposite a shopping centre which was great for stocking up.
Being so close to the road the traffic noise was quite loud. Also the blinds on the windows did not keep the rooms dark enough for us in the morning.

While the room was modern, offering a kitchenette and lounging space, I felt it was poorly designed, leading to discomfort. The quick check-in process and the nearby relaxation facilities, including the pool and local parks, provided enjoyable moments for my family and our dog, making it somewhat redeeming. the lack of adequate communication and pet-friendly spaces significantly impacted our experience. the potential is there, but it needs improvement to fully deliver on its promises.

The rooms are very well appointed. Have stayed here about 4 or 5 times and always good.

The accommodation was set in a central location really close to a shopping complex. the shopping complex included Woolies and Aldi, as well as various other stores. - the location was convenient, being close to a roundabout.

A Lot we didn't like ! The unit was grotty, in fact the toilet door was disgustingly dirty with obvious old urine stains. It probably hadn;t been cleaned properly in months. The floor tiles in the unit were gritty - obviously given a 'once over' clean without detergent. The 'King size' bed actually consisted of 2 unevenly worn single mattresses (in fact one matress sagging so much in the middle it was evident just looking at it that it wasnt a kind size bed at all just single beds pushed together). Extremenly disappointing and iIncreadibly uncomfortable. The stove in the kitchen was grotty and there was very little useful utensils for use in the kitchen - no tongs or oven mitts, just one lousy tea towel for 2 days of washing up. The bathroom - Most other 4 star accom we have stayed at provided more in the bathroom than just cakes of soap - usually at least some shampoo/ conditioner. This unit had none! I would never stay there again or recommend the place to anyone. Not only because of the filthy state of the apartment, but the fact they market themselves at 'luxury' king size beds which is a blantant lie.
